If your application is approved, the first thing you will do is to book a personal onboarding meeting with our founder Paul to help get you up and running with this process.
1. Formulate your mission
Understand your skill set, aptitude and desires to clarify your mission.
A man who doesn’t know what he should do is lost and confused. We will support you to formulate an initial mission statement to get you moving.
2. Set goals
Make your purpose concrete.
What is the most important thing that you know you need to do right now?
We will provide the accountability to get you all the way home.
3. Build daily habits
Make your purpose a way of life, every day.
What are the foundational things that you need to do every day to make you stay on track?

We then provide you with a structure to build relationships with other men based on sharing life together and reaching your goals.
As a member you will be plugged into daily accountability calls which ensure you stay on purpose and move forward every single day.
Once the onboarding process is over, you’ll be applying to join one of our Core teams and attend weekly check-ins with your team, where you’ll be reviewing your goals regularly and engage into truth speaking exercises, among other things.
